In-house WiFi is available, and WiFi is also available at the main swimming pools. The TV has a Roku TV connection with Netflix.

With three big bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6 guests, your comfort is guaranteed. A winding staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, separate shower and tub, flat-screen TV, his-and-her sinks, and a patio with golf course views. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed with a separate shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is on the lower level with a queen bed, his-and-her sinks, and a separate shower-tub combo.

The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with ice-maker and water filtration system, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen opens to a patio with lots of seating and a stainless steel BBQ grill — a favorite spot to BBQ, watch golfers, and enjoy beach views.

This rental comes with 8 towels. If you need any other towels (pool, beach, hand, or face towels), please bring them with you. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. NOTE: Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted on the beachside of this community. If you want to bring an off-road vehicle, please rent a home on the mountain side where off-road vehicles are permitted. This rule does not apply to Baja 250 and participants in other major races. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
