“Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable.
The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard.
The swimming pool is also nice and clean.

“We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.”

“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while celebrating the life of our beloved Dad. It was the perfect setting for such a meaningful gathering—comfortable, spacious, and enjoyable for both kids and adults alike. The house had everything we needed, with the pool and ping pong table being particular favorites. We also really enjoyed the unique music memorabilia, which added a fun touch. “We absolutely loved this rustic little spot on the hill, close to so many activities and tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Stephen was a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!A couple of things that might be helpful for those traveling with kids: there is no kitchen sink and no door to the one upstairs bedroom. Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
