「Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it.」

「Kala Rooms were clean and in a good location close to the harbour and main shopping/eating old town tourism areas. The breakfast worked well across the plaza in front of Kala Rooms, with a hotel-provided coupon to a pastry shop for a wide variety of delicious fresh pastries and coffees.」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「The Manager at this property, Luca, was extremely helpful during our stay. He did all that he could do to make sure we were happy with a with a great attitude. Our room had a unique music theme including a lamp made out of a French horn. It was very cool. Thanks again to Luca! 」

「The host was very responsive and when an issue occured she arranged alternative accomodations for a night. Her apartment is like walking back in time 100 years with antique furnishings and 13' high ceilings. Veruly comfortable and easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants.」

「A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues.」

「The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again.」

「Fint rum och men lite liten balkong att sitta på 😁 räckte till 1 person men det va ok ändå. Det stod att det fanns frukost men det såg vi ingen stans. Jätte trevligt och hjälpsam personal som gjorde allt för oss. Vi önskar dem lycka till med hotellet i fortsättningen. 」

「The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again. 」
