I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.

This place is horrible. The inside is gross, the rooms don't have bathrooms and the public bathrooms are NOT clean, so enjoy your foot fungus. Even worse, the app to get into the building kept breaking, and half the time they don't answer the phone, so you're just stranded on the the street. When I did finally talk to someone, he kept telling me I was doing something wrong, which I wasn't. When he finally got it to work, I asked him "how do we keep this from happening again" and his response was "I don't know man, that's above my pay". You will get stranded in an incredibly unsafe part of town, locked out of your hotel on the streets at midnight with no one to help you. RUN!!!!

My stay was very clean and comforting. The staff and management were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I absolutely loved it there. If you don't mind staying in a hostel like environment with shared restrooms, showers and a community kitchen. This is the place to stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Common kitchen, bathrooms and showers were all clean and well stocked. Easy access to transit and walking to Castro/mission. Only downside was the intensity or drug use and human struggle taking place outside and on surrounding blocks.

Hostel not hotel.

This is not a hotel. It’s a long stay hostel. Can’t check your bags, no reception. Couldn’t even use their lockers to store my bags. Was ok, just be prepared that it’s not a hotel. The surrounding area is pretty scary. Always get a cab.
