The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Locked front door and key card elevators gave a sense of security. However not the hotels fault but it's not the best area There are way worse though. In the hotel we are charged 40 a night for the resort fee. The 24 hour gym was not open 24 hours as I found out when I was going to work out at midnight cause I was restless. Apparently the Dirty Habit floor which is the 5th floor I think was not open on Sundays or Mondays as we found out when we went to grab a half of a drink with the 10 dollar voucher we were given. The concierge was a service I didn't see but was advertised. When we arrived and when we left we had about 6 or 7 pieces of luggage and had to get a cart and go up 7 floors and down a qtr block hallway to load and unload. Then we had to wait on the street with our luggage when we checked out and had to run 7 bags across the road where the ride share pick up is for the hotel. Then we couldn't find an ice machine that worked nor did the water stations work and they didn't have a store so after flying in and settling we realize we don't have any drinks or snacks and we haven't eaten dinner and guys SF is half empty. So much stuff out of business, everything closes early. Not convenient at night. The rooms were small, bathroom next to the bed with just a sliding wooden door and no fan or window. Expedia lists our original room at 300sqft and the upgraded room was only 280 so little bait and switch by the app.
