「We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

「We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location」

「Super property and very attentive host. Property is very large and well equipped. Set on a hill it has fantastic views and makes the most of the setting with sun trap / pool and beautiful tended gardens. We had great weather in late September and travelled daily to Rime for the Ryder cup which was about 1hr by car. Wider towns have restaurants and food / markets and not plagued by tourists」
