“i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have……

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

“We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. ”

Der Pool war perfekt und die sieben Badezimmer ein toller Luxus. Die Klimaanlagen sorgen auch bei heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus.Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super!100% Weiterempfehlung!!!”

Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben distribuiti, permettendo a tutti di godere della vacanza senza sentirsi mai stretti. Anche le aree comuni sono vivibili e perfette per momenti di condivisione.Il giardino è davvero bello, ben tenuto e la piscina……
