“This is a very special house that lives up to all expectations. Gorgeous inside and out, clever and comfortable interior layout. Private setting and friendly host. We hope to go back again!”

“My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

“This VRBO is a mixture of good and bad. The unit itself was very clean; parts of it were new/well kept, others were pretty bad & worn out. The location & the price was reasonable for a bay area visit. When I made the reservation, I sent a message to the host about us & why we were visiting, they made no response.Entrance is difficult to find, located on winding roads & small or unmarked driveways. The gate is new and worked well. Numerous vehicles parked everywhere, some covered with tarps.……

“Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!”

“Beautiful view. Nearby the downtown. Clean and comfortable. Parking spot included on property, just note the walk up to the unit is on a steep incline.”

“Overall we had a great stay. But I want to clear up a few issues. There is room for two cars in the driveway because it’s a long driveway, one car goes in first and one car parks behind it. The next issue is that there are only one and 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor and one full bath (no bathtub) on the lower floor. There is no fan in the 1/2 bath, only a small window for ventilation. So, there is a main floor, a lower floor and a loft above the living room. The loft is……

“We found the property exactly as it was advertised. Mark communicated well and responded to any inquiries promptly.”

“The location is perfect – next to so many beautiful places, and the hosts are lovely.”

“We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“so good”

“We loved our stay in Mill Valley. Clean, quiet, super host, and excellent location. We had everything we needed and would stay again. Thank you!”
