    Casa Simona is located in Castel San Gimignano, a small and ancient village which is 12 km from San Gimignano, 15 km from Volterra, 30 km from Siena and 50 km from Florence, the Tyrrhenian Sea is 50 km away.

    Its position overlooking the garden offers privacy and enchanting views.

    Upon entering you enter the kitchen/living room, the large double bed is located on a splendid wooden mezzanine (there is a staircase to reach it), the bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer.

    The loggia of the apartment is excellent for relaxing, eating or simply drinking a good glass of wine produced by the owners themselves. swimming pool open from May to October

Kleine feine Unterkunft mitten in der Toskana

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Der Pool und Garten war super gepflegt, der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Amazing week in Tuscany

We absolutely loved our time here, and found the room and space perfect for a week. There were good facilities to cook for ourselves if we wanted to, and the pool area and private garden were great for relaxing. Everyone in the village was really friendly, even playing the England World Cup matches for us, and made us feel at home. Studio Simona is in a good location for exploring Tuscany, and you can even walk to a local vineyard for some wine tasting. We’d definitely recommend staying here, and would love to return one day.
