Magnificent views, mountain comfort!

My husband and I rented this charming cottage for 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer! The location is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, and the cottage is cozy and spacious with modern conveniences. Simone was an excellent host. When we return to Italy, we will certainly rent this location again. It was a fantastic experience in every way!

Wonderful place

I had a wonderful time at this place with my family. The house is cosy and comfortable and Simone is a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host. The view is beautiful. This is truly a place where one can relax and forget for a while about the rest of the world. It has a unique atmosphere which makes you want to visit it again. It is located close to the National Park of Casentino Forests which means there are many great places for hiking nearby. The views are spectacular. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who loves nature and wishes for some quiet time away from it all.

Schönes Haus - netter Vermieter!

Simone ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der immer bemüht ist wertvolle Tips zu geben und zu helfen! Wir waren super lecker Pizza essen - von ihm empfohlen und reserviert! Das Haus ist urig aber geschmackvoll und stilecht eingerichtet, uns hat nur noch ein Toaster oder Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion gefehlt, um Brötchen aufbacken zu können, da kein Backofen vorhanden ist! Die Fotos des Inserats sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell und leider war der Kamin nicht mehr in Betrieb, was sehr schade war und die Einrichtung auf den Fotos hatte uns besser gefallen! Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Serpentinen in beide Richtungen und man muss sich immer auf eine etwas längere Fahrt einstellen, bis man sein Ziel erreicht - Florenz ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und wer gerne wandert ist hier auch auf jeden Fall richtig! Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub mit Kindern und Huns genossen!

Der perfekte Rückzugsort

Ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben bei Simone zwei Wochen Urlaub verlebt und uns wirklich ganz hervorragend erholt. Die Gegend ist für Naturliebhaber traumhaft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Zudem ist Florenz nur eine gute Stunde entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Simone ist ein netter, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen mit vielen wirklich sehr guten Tipps zum Baden, Wandern und Spezialitäten kaufen versorgt. Einiges hätten wir ohne ihn sicherlich nicht gefunden. Das Haus könnte in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer sein und auch die Küche sollte in Zukunft besser ausgestattet werden. Einen passenden Deckel zu den recht preiswerten Töpfen sucht man vergebens und brauchbare Messer oder Schneidbretter wären auch eine geringe aber hilfreiche Investition. Unterm Strich hat das Haus aber vieles zu bieten, was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen braucht und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus in den Bergen. Wandern, Baden in Gumpen und Wasserfällen. Ausflüge in den Kletterpark und nach Florenz. Ein sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Aufgrund von Feragosto (Mitte August) allerdings vor allem am Wochenende hörte man manchmal die Motorräder auf der Passstraße.

Eine wunderbare Zeit

Wir (3 Erw.+4 Ki.) verbrachten drei erholsame, wunderbare Wochen in Mimmos Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist ansprechend, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zuteil werden zu lassen! Die unmittelbare Umgebung bot unseren Kindern reichlich Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Im nahe gelegene Nationalpark entdeckten wir"kleine Schätze", erlebten "spannende Abenteuer", das Highlight war allerdings das Baden im Fluss mit den Wasserfällen! Auf unseren Lieblingsplatz unter dem Walnussbaum mit Blick auf das Tal und dem Zirpen der Grillen werden wir einige Zeit verzichten müssen - aber, wir kommen wieder!

Lieu calme et tranquille

En montagne, le lieu est magnifique. - Les plus : Le propriétaire très accueillant met tout ce qu'il faut à disposition pour le séjour, même plus que ce qu'il faut. Tout est propre, les literies sont bonnes. - Les moins : Le chemin de terre, mais pas en trop mauvais état et très court (370m) passe très bien à petite vitesse même avec voiture basse. N'avons pas très bien su gérer le chaud et froid de la douche.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus im Grünen

Eine wunderschöne Gegend zum Erholen und Entspannen. Das Haus hat einen schönen passenden Stil zur Umgegebung. Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Dieser war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Von der Unterkunft kann man schöne Aktivitäten unternehmen, Florenz ist ca. eine Std. entfernt. Es gibt nicht nur viel kulturelles zu sehen sondern auch landschaftlich. Im allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Toskana.

das Häuschen war leicht zu finden. Die Lage ruhig mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Tal. Die Einrichtung im Haus liebevoll und gemütlich, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns wunderbar erholt. Gas, Wasser und Strom prima, die heiße Dusche exzellent. Günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Dicomano (ca. 12 km entfernt), dort auch hervorragende Restaurants und direkte Zugverbindung nach Florenz. Aber auch in San Godenzo Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurant (3 km entfernt). Ideale Ausflugs-und Wandermöglichkeiten in die Berge. Ein sehr gastfreundlicher, herzlicher und immer hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der Aufenthalt in Mimmos Ferienaufenthalt bleibt uns unvergeßlich. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Casa perfetta per un ritiro di studio!

Abbiamo prenotato per fare un ritiro di studio per la sessione d'esami e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il posto è stupendo, la casa è immersa nella natura e con la neve la vista è incantevole. La casa è piccolina ma confortevole, con una cucina molto bella e sufficientemente attrezzata: c'è anche la lavastoviglie! È comunque vicina ai centri abitati dove si trovano anche buoni ristoranti. La quinta stella è per la disponibilità del proprietario che è stato accogliente e presente per ogni necessità!

Glühwürmchen und Zikaden

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub (11 Tage) in diesem Haus. (Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder). Das Haus liegt völlig allein an einem Berg mit wundervollem Blick über ein Tal. (Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig, die Betten sind gut und das Badezimmer (mit Dusche) besitzt keinen Ekelfaktor. Die wichtigsten Küchenurensilien sin vorhanden. Es gibt einen Gasherd einen genialen „kleinen“ Pizzaofen, einen leisen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Wichtig für die Kinder war natürlich der Internetanschluss (über Satellit) der von der Geschwindigkeit aber nur fürs gröbste reicht. Fernsehen gibt’s nur in Italienisch. Der Vermieter ist ein wahrer „Dschinn“ der stets bemüht ist einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. (Besorgt wohl auch auf Wunsch regionale handgemachte Produkte – Wein / Käse). Das Wasser kommt aus einer Zisterne (Wer das nicht mag für den besorgt der Vermieter auch Wasser in Flaschen. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall keine Probleme mit dem Wasser aus der Zisterne). Zentral gelegen bietet sich an im nahen Nationalpark zu Wandern oder die Städte der Toskana (Florenz und Pisa) zu Besuchen oder ans Meer zu fahren. Für unsere Kinder waren die Wasserfälle „Cascata Urlante“ und „Cascata della sega“ und das Bergbad in Acone der Hit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in San Godenzo (klein u. etwas teuer) oder besser in Dicomana (coop gut bestückt) circa 20 km. Wir haben uns in der Zeit alle gut erholt und den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Wir können das Haus auf jedenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkehren.

Totale relax in un luogo bellissimo

Una casa accogliente ed isolata ideale per trascorrere un periodo di relax lontani dal caos ma con diverse mete facilmente raggiungibili. La casa è molto pulita e ben attrezzata per la vita di tutti i giorni (cucina completa, soggiorno grazioso con tv, divano ed altri confort) anche se una parte del mobilio è piuttosto vissuta (es. il letto ad una piazza e mezza e relativo materasso). Comunque adattissima ad una settimana di vacanza per le 2/4 persone. La posizione della casa è meravigliosa e garantisce tranquillità assoluta. Consigliato!

Per raggiungere la casa si percorrere una strada sterrata di circa 500m che non ha creato problemi nemmeno con la pioggia. Splendido panorama con maroneta dietro casa. Totale relax lontano dalla confusione e dal turismo di massa. Il proprietario è simpatico e disponibile
