Located at km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor are just minutes from the apartment. There is a small supermarket on the same street as the apartment and several others in the area, along with a multitude of shops, bars, a pharmacy, and supermarkets...Just 3 km away, there is a large supermarket (Spar), and the Puerto de Tomás Maestre is about a 5-minute drive away. In this area (Tomás Maestre), there is also a sports center with tennis, paddle tennis, and soccer courts, as well as comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views.
