  • Two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace in the Veneziola area.



    The living room is spacious and bright, sharing space with an open kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



    Located on the 7th floor, the apartment boasts a very large terrace, perfect for enjoying the views. Situated very close to both seas, it's the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful vacation with all necessary amenities.



    LOCATION:



    The Canales de Veneciola urbanization has a communal pool, open from mid-June to mid-September in 2024. Located at km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor are just minutes from the apartment.



    There is a small supermarket on the same street as the apartment and several others in the area, along with a multitude of shops, bars, a pharmacy, and supermarkets...



    Just 3 km away, there is a large supermarket (Spar), and the Puerto de Tomás Maestre is about a 5-minute drive away. In this area (Tomás Maestre), there is also a sports center with tennis, paddle tennis, and soccer courts, as well as comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views. Anyone can purchase a pass to use and enjoy the courts and attend the various classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, and weight training...



    Additional Information:



    * We offer a flexible rate option for a 10% surcharge, allowing cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. This rate is available from September to June, inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or add a comment in the observations section when making the reservation, and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.

    * Dogs are allowed with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).

    * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

    * Arrivals between 9 pm and 12 am require confirmation before booking and incur an additional fee of €30.

El apartamento está bastante bien lo único que le faltan algunas cosillas que te comento en el apartado de qué podríamos mejorar Colocar lavavajillas, colchones nuevos, las máquinas exteriores del aire acondicionados que estuvieran fuera de terraza, puesto que si pones el aire no puedes utilizar absolutamente nada de la terraza, un espejo de cuerpo entero

Todo. Camas y sofá bastante cómodos. Una ubicación perfecta con todo a mano pata olvidarte de coger el coche. La seguridad privada de la urbanización por las noches. La presión de agua de las duchas.
