South facing, modern apartment with views to both seas!!
This 6th floor located in the Playa Príncipe Urbanisation, at km 11.5 of La Manga, is an apartment with sea views and a very spacious living-dining room with a dining area and another with a sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and Smart TV, an area from which the terrace is accessed, also arranged for 6 people and with views towards La Manga and the Mar Menor, with the perfect orientation to enjoy the unique sunsets of the Mar Menor.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed, private terrace and its own bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has two single beds and a large window with views of the Mar Menor. In the hallway there is a family bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave and gallery with washing machine.
There are new cold/heat air conditioning units in all rooms, as well as high-speed internet with fibre optic connection.
Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings, and it has a swimming pool located on the first line of the Mediterranean that is normally open from May to October. Dates 2024 from May to mid-October.
It is a step away from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Moreover, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building, there is a sports centre with tennis, padel and five-a-side football courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for using the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...

Han sido 2 semanas de relax en compañía de familiares y amigos.
El mar Mediterráneo parecía una balsa la mayor parte de los días, especialmente por la mañana. Estar a 50 metros de los 2 mares es un lujo, aunque lamentablemente no sea recomendable el baño en el Mar Menor. Apenas hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado ya que suele haber corrientes de aire por la altura, ubicación y distribución de la vivienda. Cocina bien equipada y 2 baños (uno con ducha y otro con bañera).
Ya les he ido enviando por Whatsapp mis recomendaciones de mejora que resumo en 3 principalmente: mosquiteras en las 3 puertas acristaladas y en la ventana del lavadero, 2 toldos en la terraza principal y 4 cojines grandes (uno para el sillón y tres para el sofá cama)

Apartamento con todo lo necesario, limpio, cómodo y amplio
El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para las vacaciones. Estaba muy limpio, la ropa de cama, toallas, todos los detalles cuidados. La ubicación era estupenda en una zona muy tranquila. La urbanización era muy mona y la piscina estaba muy bien. Además, tuvimos un problema con el microondas y lo solucionaron en el día.
Para repetir.
