My little family and I stayed for 3 nights , the kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean, wifi and TV with netflix/disney plus included.
Beautiful morning views and perfect if you want to go to Sequoia.

"Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience."
