“We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views. The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to……

“The condo was very easy to find,and when we got there it did not disappoint.The unit was very clean,and very well stocked.The views were incredible,the pool and hot tub were greatThere is some road noise coming from behind the condo,if it bothers you just have another cocktail! Las Olas is a ways from downtown SAN Jose we used Uber’s a lot . 120-145 pesos will get you pretty much anywhere you want to. I am looking at renting a 3 bedroom in the same complex this coming October This unit and host……

“For the value this place is incredible. Great pool too. However I think a few things could be updated. The shower desperately needs new shower heads and a deep clean / replacement fixtures. The whole place definitely is older and could use some upgrades. Also there was really annoying construction every morning very early that kept us from sleeping in on vacation. Not fault of host but frustrating nonetheless. Didn’t receive check in or out instructions and had to call to get the code once we……

“The Condo was very clean and nice. Malie was a great communicator and host. The residents that live and own property there were great, friendly and very helpful. We had everything we needed at the condo. The pools and hot tub with the beautiful landscaping were very clean, relaxing and quiet. The beach was beautiful and clean You could walk down the beach to Mama Mia’s, Zippers and Pesidito Break restaurant on the beach. Larry and Joyce”
