This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to San José del Cabo. Enjoy lush gardens and birds bathing in the fountain. Property faces East to rising sun and the patio pool area has sun most of the day. Pool has optional heating. $35/4hrs
--The street location is a short, quiet, residential cul de sac one block off the beaches where the resort hotels are located. Great to walk everywhere or catch a cab/Uber on the Malecon which is just a 5 min walk. Not suited for loud events.
--The home does have one parking space available if you decide to rent a car.
-- For remote work there is hi-speed fiber optic internet, pleasant office area with desk, ergo chair/printer/scanner and view to pool/gardens.
For stay at home days there is TV with Firestick programs or for your own streaming & books.
-- Upstairs Second Level:
Bedroom 1 - Master King Bed with own Bathroom;
Bedroom 2 - King bedroom with own bathroom but if the bunkbed bedroom is occupied the bathroom is shared. This King Bed can also be set up as 2 twins if requested.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bedroom with own bathroom.
Bedroom 4 - Tiny bedroom with 2 bunk beds [individual size]. Shared bathroom.
Ground Level:
Bedroom 5 - Double size bed studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette & separate entrance off main door.

Home has full size laundry. Housekeeping is included for stays of 6 days or more at 1 service per week. Please advise if you wish this optional service.
