This modern apartment is located in a property with a 3 floor building, 2 apartments per floor, this apartment is in the second floor with a nice view to the mountain of Alajuela. 3 km from SJ International Airport (10 min drive aprox).
Balcony with a hammock, living room with a ceiling fan and flat TV, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and flat TV, large bathroom and shower, laundry room with washing and dryer machine. All services included (water, electricity, high speed internet 50 MB), parking for 1 vehicle inside the property. Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families.

Great option near the airport.
We stayed at Maria‘s place the night we arrived in Costa Rica and the night before we left. The apartment offered everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable and the customer service was great. Our questions were answered promptly and kindly.

Matched description
Arrived late at night so it made it difficult to find being in a foreign place. Unfortunately had to wake up Maria but she was nice and got us checked in. Place was secure and clean and worked great for us but we left fairly early so didnt stay long.

Very Nice
I believe it is about the best place in the area. Just north of Alajuela, a nice pleasant, smaller town with lots of good restaurants, parks, and basic shopping. Everything in walking distance. Many inexpensive red cabs to get around also. Attentive staff, very pleasant owner and the prices are reasonable.
Will stay there again when in the area.
