“The reason we gave 5 stars is because of the very friendly helpful staff! We are very picky about beds and pillows and we slept really well! Even though this place needs updating it provides everything you need! Breakfast was awesome too! We saw toucans the minute we got there and heard howler monkeys. We loved the rustic atmosphere and authentic scenery! Our view was of the volcano too! How can you complain! Bar was fun at the swim up pool! We recommend this place for families! Close to……

The airport drop-off was very convenient and well organized, which made travel stress-free. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting inside the room; it felt a bit dim at night. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant stay!”
