The accommodations were first rate, very clean and comfortable. The setting is quiet and peaceful. We both loved it and hated to leave. "

"This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games. "This house is in a great central location to everything you want to do in la fortuna. The AC worked great in all the bedrooms. There is no AC in the living areas, but the bedrooms more than made up for this! Plenty big for our group of 10! Loved sitting on the covered porch upstairs during rain storms. Kids loved the pool. We had a chef make us dinner one night and it was amazing! The owner cut down a coconut for us and let us drink the coconut water. Felt very secure with the front gate. Really...

"The house is very nice and comfortable. What makes this property special is the hos, the property and a great location. Though the property is not particularly large it is packed full of interesting plants and wildlife (birds, a young sloth, reptiles, etc.). The host was always willing to answer our questions and we had a great time taking a cooking class (a family affair) where we prepared, cooked and then ate a wide variety of local foods.
