Amazing hospitality, friendly employees they enjoy being a part of this great chain of hotels. This hotel is by far incredibly superb, it smells so good from the minute you step into this property, the luxury & ambiance just kept me smiling the whole time. I wish I lived in this property.

Never stayed there. In making my reservations, Hotels.com interchanges hotels from San Jose Costa Rica and San Jose California. So when you’re looking for the best price, you may not realize you booked a hotel in a foreign country. So when I asked for a refund, they refused, even though I had booked another room in San Jose California, using their platform, after I realized the mistake. What a terrible customer service position to take. Will now have to cancel payment with my CC company because Hotels.com refuses to do the right thing!

The Hotel is not really in San Jose, quite far from where the action is, and there is nothing to do in that area, Otherwise, the Staff is very kind, and the hotel seems to be old be in reasonable condition. It was not the right choice for me if I knew the location.

The facility is next to a small mall and across from Walmart so it is really easy for family to get a bite or just coffee (Starbucks is 5-7 min walk). The nearby traffic is busy so you will experience wait for able to merge tot he circle. The facility is good and clean. In room Wifi (to our room number) didn't work but the lobby WiFi works everywhere. The connection is not friendly to VPN as it slows down a lot. I thought the hotel is only 25KM (or 16 Mi) away from airport with HWY so should be 20-25 min but it took 1 hour to get there (traffic jam is crazy with people walking on the side). So plan your time accordingly. It's a good hotel for business or family and I would recommend or come back again.
