The rooftop pool and jacuzzi on floor 24 are shared, as are the building’s gym and coworking facilities. All common areas are subject to opening hours, availability, maintenance and building rules; some may require advance reservation. These facilities are not private to the apartment. Shared paid laundry is available in the building.

Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Access is limited to a maximum of 2 registered, authorized guests. No pets, smoking, parties or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours are 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Commercial filming and photography are not permitted. Please respect the residential building’s rules.
