“Great Stay!”

“This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s……

“We had an excellent experience, the property was really clean love the kitchen and the living room area. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. Communication was fast and easy. shower was too small though . But overall enjoyed the stay”

“It was a nice property”

“Its a very cozy little one bedroom. Shared courtyard with another rental. Close to restaurants and downtown.”

“We were very comfortable. We stayed here before, two years ago and enjoyed it very much then also. The house is in a very good location, next to a park. We can highly recommend it.”

“Great place, recommend more pillows but other than that it was nice”

“Very Nice. Waiting for refund for 28day Extension! ”

“Everything was great!”

“Nice clean place, great communication with Host. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful setup in close proximity to the convention center. Easy communication with the host. Overall recommend for a family traveling to SJC.”

“This was a very nice house and host was very responsive. It was a good choice and I would stay again!!!”

“Great location for getting around San Jose and surrounding area. Host was very attentive. Place was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this rental. My only slight disappointment was the kitchen. I like to cook when I'm traveling and the kitchen was missing a few basics (salt/pepper, ice trays, hand soap).”

“What a great place to stay when in San Jose. Easy access to the uni, downtown, etc., all while being just far enough away. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities you could need, and especially fresh coffee. The bed was great, and being a no-feather person, having foam was extra special. The living room was really a relaxing place to sit and read, watch TV, etc. The living room opens to the beautiful backyard, with great spaces to sit and enjoy the quiet. The host was outstanding to……

“Overall, the home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything, but not very walkable. The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. ”
