「We had a fantastic time at Gran Hotel Taoro. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and modern, the common areas and pool were excellent, and the grounds are just lovely. It's been recently refurbed - hats off as they've done an excellent job. Breakfast was really good. The two on-site places we ate at served good food but were slightly pricey. Highly recommend!」

Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. 「La habitación con balcón era amplia pero hay que pagar por todo. ¿Quieres aire acondicionado? 6€ al día, ¿Desayuno? 10€ al día, me parece carísimo para tomar un simple café que es lo que suelo desayunar. ¿Caja fuerte? También hay que pagarla aparte, 2€ al día creo. Hay un microondas en el vestíbulo pero las cápsulas de café y los tés también los tienes que pagar aparte. Lo bueno es que la cama era bastante cómoda y cuando vinieron a limpiar la habitación nos cambiaron toallas y sábanas.」

「El hotel tiene un encanto único por si solo , pero lo que realmente me sorprendió fue su personal , son personas muy amables cualquier pregunta inquietud te ayudan de manera muy profesional ellos me ayudaron con sitios turísticos y la rentada de un carro , ni hablar de los desayunos , no me los quería perder , la piscina en la terraza con vista al mar es un lujo , su restaurante al frente increíble ! Lo recomiendo al 100 %」

「Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad.」

「Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber der Ort war furchtbar. Wer einmal in einem schönen Hostel war, ist hier nicht richtig… Das ist ein Wohnhaus, was umgebaut worden ist zum Hostel aber weiß ist nicht ideal ist. Es schlafen so viele Menschen in kleinen Zimmern. es ist dunkel und nicht professionell. Die Bäder waren schmutzig. Ich hab auch Fotos gemacht. Ich will jetzt hier keinen Streit anfangen aber kannst du auch es ist kein Ort um sich zu erholen. Ich würde auch nicht mal eine Nacht...
