Tranquil and relaxing

Beautiful and clean place in a calm and peaceful part of San Joan d'alicant. The pool and garden area is excellent for chilling out. Comfy beds. Washing machine and cold fridge. This place has everything you need to decompress. Can not recommend this place more and the host is so welcoming. Wonderful stay ..thank you Teresa 10/10.

Muy malas condiciones

Llevamos años usando este tipo de alojamientos y este ha sido, sin duda, el peor en el que hemos estado y el que más caro hemos pagado. Cuando llegamos vimos que la casa es antigua, pero eso no es inconveniente siempre que esté en buenas condiciones acorde al precio que piden. Nada más llegar mientras la persona encargada nos estaba enseñando la casa, nos comenta que hay CUATRO sillas rotas que están puestas como si se pudieran utilizar, pero tuvimos que sacarlas de la casa para evitar accidentes y sobre todo porque no servían para nada. No entiendo que si hay sillas rotas no se tiren a la basura. Aparte de que en una casa que se supone que es para 8 personas que tengas 4 sillas inservibles es un problema. La limpieza era muy deficiente. A primera vista todo parecía en orden pero en cuanto empezamos a abrir los armarios de la cocina para colocar nuestras cosas vimos que no se habían limpiado y que estaban llenos de restos de alimentos que se habían dejado anteriores inquilinos. El cajón de los cubiertos estaba roto así que tuvimos que sacar los cubiertos que necesitábamos el primer día para no tener que volver a abrirlo. Cuando preguntamos que si el horno funcionaba, la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que sí pero que no lo había limpiado. Y efectivamente estaba lleno de grasa. La lámpara de la cocina estaba llena de bichos por dentro. Las habitaciones no estaban mal pero los armarios por dentro no estaban muy limpios y el armario de una de las habitaciones de la planta baja estaba literalmente LLENO de cosas de la casa (mantas, colchas, y otras cosas) así que los que estaban en esa habitación no lo podían usar. Tuvimos que sacar varias cosas para que pudieran usar media balda. La parte exterior de la casa estaba bien, bonita y agradable y con una buena piscina. Aunque también había trastos viejos como una barbacoa oxidada e inservible y un aparato de gimnasia roto que tampoco entendemos que no estuviera en la basura ya que lo único que puede provocar es un accidente si lo coge un niño. Hemos quedado muy decepcionados con el alojamiento. De hecho tengo fotos de todo lo que cuento aquí, es una pena que no se puedan adjuntar a la reseña. Creemos que hemos pagado un precio muy muy superior al valor real que tiene.

La casa si trova a qualche chilometro dal mare, in una zona tranquilla lontano dal caos cittadino, ha un ampio giardino due cucine e 4 stanze da letto con 4 bagni. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'unico inconveniente, le zanzare e la mancanza di aria climatizzata
