「Stayed at the Aura house for a week, entering the room it was nicely air conditioned the room was clean just some minor property damage and things around that you see are like scuffs but not too bad honestly enjoyed the stay the owners were nice and easy to communicate with, and had wifi it didn’t work one night but wasn’t an issue for me.」

「When I booked through Expedia, I didn’t get an email for gate codes until the night I arrived on the island.. I had to call the number and the phone line wasn’t a good connection - lady was hard to hear/understand. However shortly thereafter hanging up, I received a text message with all the information. The guesthouse was beautifully maintained! Room had ice cold ac.. the shower water didn’t get that warm, but it was charming! Very close to El Yunque Rainforest, lots of restaurants and...

「We loved the place. The contact person sent us good info to navigate the entrance to the neighborhood. Overall it was a pretty nice facility, just needed a few minor details taken care of. (There was a broken chair in our room, the doors need trim, you can see between the door and the frame, there's no way to leave the fan on with the light off, there's no light switch at the bed- you have to get out of bed to turn the light on or off... like I said, just a few minor things.) 「Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone. Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). 」
