Patently false listing description

Listing sleeps 8 and claimed a "fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances" yet there were 4 spoons, 5 bowls, 6 dinner plates, a set of pots too small to cook noodles for more than 2 people at a time, and no baking sheets/pans of any kind so the oven was unusable even to cook frozen pizza. The bottom of the oven is literally rusted out and one of the main stove burners only went to HIGH regardless of temp knob setting - and then did not turn off when the dial was returned to OFF! Had to jiggle the dial vigorously before it finally clicked off. I reported this safety hazard and was asked not to use that burner anymore. No one came to fix or disable the burner. Only one bed was made up with sheets and blankets when we arrived despite registering 5 people; only one small washcloth was hanging in each bathroom with no bath towels at all. When I complained and more sheets were delivered, there were only enough for a second room, not all 3. One of the bunkbeds was broken and sharp, rusty rod was exposed.No beach key was left in the apartment and the code for the lockbox outside had to be reset before we could access it so we lost our first 2 days of walking to the beach rather than driving. Additionally, our reservation information was not shared with Aquatika in a timely enough manner for them to be prepared for our arrival so we were forced to wait outside the gate for 45mins when we arrived. When I asked for a refund Otium stopped communicating entirely.
