"Writing this review to really thank Andrea who helped me at the front desk. My flight was cancelled and I had an extremely exhausting day at the airport. Scrambling to find a booking, I had booked for the wrong dates. My sisterā€™s booking has been confirmed and she asked permission for three people to be in one room for the night. After an awful day at the airport and bad news her kindness was 10/10. Iā€™m so thankful for her and Valeria who else helped her and allowed me to check into my room early the next day. After flight cancellations and being told I had to wait three days for another flight, her care and understanding was crucial. I appreciate the hospitality I received and will return to stay at the Sonesta. Shout out to the entire front desk team as I know many people helped us upon arrival!"
