Beautiful Beach Studio @Condado

Summary:

Welcome to our beautiful remodeled studio apartment in San Juan, PR! Accommodating up to (4) guests with a queen bed and a sofa that converts into a queen bed. This spacious retreat offers a modern bathroom, kitchen, dining table, etc. But the real star is its direct access to La Laguna de Condado, perfect for paddleboarding enthusiasts and nature lovers. Only 5 mins from the historic Old San Juan and 8-mins from the airport.



The Space:

Our beautiful unit features:



- A queen bed and a versatile sofa that easily transforms into another queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.



- The comfortable bathroom provides a place to freshen up. (There is a hair dryer available for use during the stay.)



- The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick meal or enjoy takeout. The dining table is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations or catching up on work. Stay entertained with the smart TV, offering access to your favorite streaming services.



- Cistern: In case of any water outage, we have a cistern available on the property that will ensure water is always available (please take into consideration your water usage so the cistern does not run out of water).



IMPORTANT:



** Please note that the apartment will always be left ready for (2) guest. By having in the reservation a 3rd or 4th guest, we then open the sofa bed and leave it ready for you! Make sure to have that to have all number of guest on your reservation!



** The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.



Guest Access:

- There is parking available but it is not assigned meaning that it is first come first serve basis.



- The parking spaces available are the ones that DO NOT have a roof. The ones with roofs are for residences only.



- It is very probable you will have a parking spot available always but it may happen that at sometime it is full. There is a hotel right in front where you can park if this does happen ( it has an additional cost).



- The apartment is located on the 7th floor.



- We have elevators.



Getting Around:

This property is in the heart of Condado. You will be staying 5 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes to Isla Verde and 8 from the airport. If you will be exploring this areas, you may travel with uber/scooters.



If you wish to travel through the island and explore further away areas, renting a car might be a good option!



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:



* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.



* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.



* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.

We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:



Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.

Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.



🐾 PET POLICY: Our property is strictly pet-free due to guest allergy protocols. We only welcome certified Service Animals. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must provide official documentation prior to check-in. Standard pets or emotional support animals are not permitted.



Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
