Very Nice...But need a little more TLC

We were very impressed with the inside considering some parts of the neighborhood was in repair from the hurricane disaster. The security was very helpful and was always around so we felt safe. (We had an early flight and it was a relief to know security could open the gates for us at that time of morning since we had to leave all keys in the condo) The condo is literally walking distance as well as we were located by alot of shops and food. My only cons would be that the property managers need to freshen the condo more and take care of the bugs that are present at night. Overall it was nice and I would stay there again......

Overall great location. Close proximity to Bayamon, Bacardi and San Juan. Walk to the beach ans excellent restaurants. The third floor bdrm up a spiral staircase was a challenge and not for everyone. (We’re over 70 and made it but it’s a challenge)

Nice condo close to beach

Very spacious and clean. Had towels and chairs for the beach or pool. AC was cold! Felt great! Only suggestion would be to have more than 1 gate remote, as we had 3 rental cars and its nearly impossible to get in and out without a remote.

Interesting Property

We stayed May 8-12, 2019. The inside of the property looks just like the pictures, so you can't go wrong there. However, the townhouse is more narrow than the pictures let on. The outside of the property, the neighboring units and the complex itself is EXTREMELY scetchy. I STRONLY suggest packing your belongings in packing cubes because the steps to the 2nd floor are extremely steep, and the steps to the 3rd floor is an extremely skinny metal spiral staircase. It would be great if the company managing the property would put a house guidebook together. There are tv's in each bedroom and living room (65 in 4K curved in living room & master bedroom) and roku is provided, but no instructions on how to use it, or the abililty to use your account with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wifi worked fine. Make sure to bring earplugs, there is a massive amount of birds and they performed a symphony every morning around 6am. Beach is narrow, it's a locals beach, so no amenities. There's a supermarket, stripmall, Walgreen's, fast food resturants, etc 2 minutes away after leaving the gated community. Property is a good 40-45 minutes from San Juan.

Nicely remodeled condo in quiet gated community

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Dorado. Our host greeted us upon arrival to help us with access through the community gate and into the condo. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice community pool. Access to the beach is just a block away. However, we spent more time on the mile long Dorado beach accessible just outside the gated community - a very short drive with a nice parking lot. The beach runs along the golf course and leads up to the Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Very few tourists were seen at the beach during the week. The condo was nicely remodeled and decorated. There was no "cable" TV but all the TVs had wifi for access to streaming channels if you had your own subscription. Old San Juan and the airport are about a 45 minute drive. El Yunque National Forest is just over an hour drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much - Gracias!

The property is beautiful! Appliances areWell take care off. The house is immaculate!

The inside of the house is beautiful! The outside is not well taken care of but this is not the owners fault, the inside is beautiful! Forget the outside and concentrate in the inside of the house. The security personnel is attentive and courteous and making sure everyone is safe! The manager was extremely helpful and cordial! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Home for Group or FAMILY

This was my 1st vacation home on HomeAway and it was by far the Best experience I had. Home beautiful in person just like the pictures. Well kept and maintained, Owner Ray was amazing and welcomed us with a gift. I will recommend this home to anyone.

Clean, cool and close to the beach, nice pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the residence in Dorado. Very nice pool, extremely close to the pool and only a short drive to San Juan. Our on site contact Ray was excellent and gave us some great places to have dinner. The house was clean and fresh and the air conditioning kept us cool during our stay. The place has 3 floors, so be sure that ally your guests can safely do stairs! We had 2 grandmas, but had no problem.
