This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muños Marin Airport, (Driving distance): 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Due to the high cost of electricity in PR, air conditioning must be turned off whenever you are going out of the apartment

The apartment has a second bedroom with a $60 fee for 7 days or less for your guests. (maximum of 2 aditional guests) The bedroom consists of a full size bed, A/C and TV.

Places to eat ( walking distance): you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.
