"I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. I read some reviews about it being loud because of the bar downstairs but we didn't hear anything. What I can say is that the walls are paper thin and the...

"This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The outdoor tub/shower was a big highlight. Overall, we loved NOA and we're looking forward to trying out some of the other DW apartments in Puerto Rico!"

And if I come back I will book here again. There was no staff but the communication was super fast. I can to see Art and see something specific. The museum that I wanted to see was not open and but adjusting my reservation was a easy too."
