“Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. Had to book another hotel just to shower and use the bathroom. Also it was listed that there would be a blow dryer in……

“simple little stay, nothing to much. the bed was comfy there was everything u could possibly need for a 10 days trip. you’re right next to the beach too as well as hella shops. the communication was clear and fast as well”

“Bed had hair in the sheets and unpleasant smell, wifi was not working, came back to apartment after being out for the day and found the hallway flooded, was told towels and linens would be delivered upon request but then they said they were too short staffed. The pictures show a rooftop pool area and that is false. Never found a rooftop area of any form.
Poor response time and resolution management. Loud after hours club across the street. Had to reach out to Expedia for help with the issues……
