With skyline views from the private balcony, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment provides the perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. Located in the heart of Condado, this ocean front condominium is secured by a gated entrance, ensuring your privacy and safety during your stay.

Recently updated and filled with natural light, every detail in our apartment was chosen with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and private bathroom, the second two twin beds and a private bathroom. Perfect for two couples or a small family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and utensils. We provide all linens, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience. Plus, a washer/dryer is located in the kitchen closet for your use. And don`t forget to pack lightly - we provide beach towels and chairs for your days spent on the nearby beach.

When you`re not exploring the local area, take advantage of the streaming TV with access to all your favorite apps, or stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment. We also include parking for one car in our underground garage.

Our apartment is ideally located in the heart of Condado, within walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, CVS, Walgreens, liquor stores, and a 24/7 supermarket. With just a 15 minute drive from Luis Munoz International Airport and 10 minutes to Old San Juan, you can easily explore all the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. And if you need transportation, Uber and taxis are readily available in the area.

Condado Del Mar is currently undergoing an exterior renovation, but this should not affect your stay.

We understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island. In the event of a mandatory evacuation issued by the National Weather Service, we will refund any unused portion of your current stay or any reservations that are scheduled to start during the evacuation period.
