The AC was above my head where I sleep and it was loud… Also when i first got there, the key was not in the lockbox. I tried to call the number (6:30pm local time), there was no one picked up. I called at least 10 times in order for someone to pick up. That was nerve wrecking because most do the hotels were full and they were like $700+ usd a night. This place is good value, but the lockbox situation and the lack of people picking up the call was very scary. Ruined my evening

Room and hotel areas were immaculately cleaned. However, bed was squeaky and room was pretty small. Bathroom is nice. Main issue is that they don’t offer luggage storage after checkout, which is quite inconvenient. Check in/out seamless.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly just only saw them a couple of times. Bed was not very comfortable. Mattress felt like it was not good quality.

Mosquitoes in the room, no lights or instructions ahead of time to locate the lockbox in the dark, no staff, no signs. Clean room, towels, sheets. Way too expensive for what you (don't) get.

My stay was fine. I wasn’t there much since I was here on business. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was the perfect cold temp. I had hot water For the shower so it was all good. I was a little confused trying g to figure out how to access my key to get into the room but once I found it, I was all good.

There is no staff onsite and we found the check in procedure with the lock boxes difficult. Fortunately a fellow guest assisted us. This motel is NOT accessible - even ground floor rooms require you to lug heavy suitcases up several stairs. The room could be greatly improved by providing more storage/ dressing table for make up etc. there needs to be a hair dryer - you cannot pack one yourself as it is confiscated when getting on the cruise ship. The room was small - would definitely not recommend for more than one night. If you only need a relatively inexpensive place to sleep with the bare necessities, this might suit you. We won’t be returning.

The red door inn checked all the boxes. We arrived before check in and someone was on site to store our bags. Such nice staff and even helped us gather the keys from the lockbox (it was raining). All good. I will echo what others have said about the thin walls but the bed was super comfortable and close to restaurants and beach.

Room was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. My flights home were cancelled due to a storm, so I had to extend for two days. They let me keep my room and were very helpful in that process. Would definitely return, great room for the money.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Always came back to a clean room, I even appreciated my dirty laundry getting bagged up and put aside. The area is a 5 min walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. I’d stay here again!

Clean room, helpful staff, not normally staffed but here and willing to help. Even helped us bring our bags in. Plenty of soap and toilet paper. Parking directly across the street. Area seemed safe.

The place was very clean, easy to get into and in the middle of an area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. Really close to the beach maybe about a block walk would definitely stay there again.
