「The check-in process was confusing and poorly managed. Despite the hotel listing stating that "Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival," this was not the case. I also received several unprofessional requests for payment information via message; as a security precaution, I do not share sensitive financial data through unverified channels. 「Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....
