Hot tub was broken and I was not notified in advance or at the time check in. The hot tub was the only reason I booked a stay at this dump of a hotel. Furthermore, the bathroom was dirty and the thermostat was not adjustable, all you could do was turn it on or off.

The most terrible hotel experience ever! I rarely write reviews, but I have to write one for this terrible place. First of all, the toilet was not working. When I tried to flush, it overflew and flooded the entire bathroom. Instead of fixing the problem promptly and apologizing for the inconvenience, they simply offered me a plunger to fix it myself! When I pointed out that it was their responsibility to maintain the facility, the owner gave me an extremely bad attitude. We booked this facility specifically for the hot tub they listed on the website. Turned out the hot tub was not even working. Instead of apologizing, the owner, again, gave me an extremely bad attitude and told us to check out and look for another hotel, at 9pm!!! The towels and sheets were not properly washed and had lots of stains. The room had very poor insulation. It was noisy all night from upstairs. Terrible place and terrible stuff! Definitely to be avoided. There are much better places for cheaper in the area.

When I pointed out that it was their responsibility to fix the toilet, the owner gave me an extremely bad attitude. The hot tub was not working at all. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner wanted us to check out and look for another hotel, at 9pm!!! The towels and sheets were dirty, and the room had very poor insulation. We checked in around 9:30pm. The manager was grumpy, not very welcoming. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Parking was abundant. Our room (2 doubles) had a potent scent of air freshener. We ran the fan constantly to counter it. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean but very crunchy. It could use maintenance (toilet not fully attached to floor, closet door didn’t function, the curtains were off the rod, the “artwork” was hung behind the TV and the two pictures were exact copies, the mirror was hung behind the dresser). It could use a 21st century update or at least an eye for detail and some elbow grease. It was quiet-holiday weekend (no Cal Poly kids). Did not use/see the pool. Would t stay there again.

The room smelt like piss first of all... horrible...second, the window in the bathroom was stuck open and broken. The floor was literally stained black. I was freezing in a smelly room all night. Never again. Was the worst place I've ever stayed at. Definitely a huge headache and disappointment.

Be aware that the front desk is only open until 11 PM. Our reservation was canceled while we were already on the way and couldn’t arrive before the cutoff, so I had to find another place to stay last-minute, which was very stressful. The receptionist was also quite rude when I called. Fortunately, we weren’t charged for the canceled stay.
