「The room was nice. It did smell of smoke though. Hotel name was actually in Vietnamese and not “White Lotus” so it was a little difficult to find」

「JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!」

「朝食は種類も多く美味しかった。 2日目以降は食事会場のアナウンスがなく毎回確認、部屋番号を伝えないといけなかった。 受付にはチケットもあったがなぜかもらえなかった。 立地は中国国境や飲食街も近く移動に便利でした。」

「Room very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. 2 big double beds. Owners/managers very coureous and helpful. All staff polite, efficient & professional. Lots of clean towels. Breakfast was good in a nice setting with views.」

「日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! 」

「The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! Definitely one of my favorite part of the stay.」

「Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. 」

「I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed.
