China-Vietnam Border Crossing

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with Train Street, the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a great view over the Old quarter. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options each day. The restaurant and rooftop bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the front desk team (Thomas, Sarah and team) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble—we were truly spoilt. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.
