"The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I highly recommend this property!"

"One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. "Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company."

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"

"Was not aware of the lay out of hotel. To see view had to leave my curtains open and everyone walking by can look into my room. To have privacy needed to keep curtains closed, then no view, no window. Have not been a room with no windows are anyway to get sun light, unless I open my curtain and everyone walking by can see into my room"

"Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. The suite felt like an haven of relaxation and provided us with great privacy. We particularly enjoyed waking up and sitting on the porch overlooking the views while sipping on coffee each morning or reading a book midday. The property itself is adorned with traditional wooded panels and lamps. It was also a treat to see and spend time with the country animals roaming around the area each day. The home cooked meals prepared by the host were also so deliciously made and generous in portion. My partner and I felt it tasted far better than many of the meals we tried at the restaurants in town. Above all, the host and his family were so lovely and kind. They are so dedicated in their craft and maintaining their property as great hosts. Our stay at Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has made a lasting memory. It was such a calming and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We highly recommend for anyone who's looking to escape from the crowdedness of the town and recharge in a calming and traditional atmosphere that Sapa has to offer under the care of such wonderful hosts!
