"The location was about a 10 minute walk into the main center which was nice and convenient. The deluxe double room was beautiful, so spacious, comfy bed and clean. I would 100% stay here again if I visit Sapa and recommend to all! "

"The hotel needs a makeover! The pictures profiled are not current as the hotel is quite run down. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, there was a big gap above the door out to the balcony, the shower had no drain so the water ran from the shower across the bathroom to a hole in the floor by the toilet. You could hear the people in the rooms adjacent and also anyone in the hallway. On a side note the hotel is set back from the main road so it dampened the street noise somewhat. I am sure back in the day it was a lovely hotel but it needs some work to return the grandeur. "
