“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it.
However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score.
Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome.

“I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly.
One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. “Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere.
Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing.

“The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. "I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!"
