"The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill."

"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! "
