“I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning.
About 5 mins walk to Moana.
We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. We then went for breakfast and enjoy the walk.
By 2pm the staff was ready to check us in. The room was clean, tidy and all amenities were available for……

“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.

“This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.”

“Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel.
The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! ”

“For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). “this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime”

“Amazing view from your room waking up to what you think is a giant mountain view poster plastered on your window.
Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up.
Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts.
But otherwise, fantastic place to stay after a body beating day of trekking around Sapa”

“My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. The location was in the center of the city, in walking distance to everything. Complimentary breakfast was offered for every day of our stay…a perfect way to kick off our days.

“This was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. The only bad thing was is was a bit lound from the hallway, but I will slept very well. If you want something safe, easy and relatively cheap I would definitely book it. ”
