He helped our family arrange tours and laundry service, making everything easy and stress-free. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. “Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too”

“If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!”

“優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了 ”

“Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options”

“Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too. No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet. No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.”
