"Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spacious for our family of 4. The staff was very helpful to send my son’s ear muffs to the bus station as he left it at the hotel during our check out. Only disadvantage was the climb up to the hotel which will be difficult for those with knee problems. Overall, very pleasant 1 night stay."

"First, I booked a room with a queen bed but upon check in it was two single beds. I only knew when entering the room and then I responded to the reception to be explained because there is no room. I should have been informed at check-in. Second, everything is pretty clean except that the toilet gets clogged. Third, breakfast is very skimpy and food is not kept warm. Fourth, after check-out I need receptionists to bring luggage out, they seem uncomfortable and do not care about us. The first...
