「We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. 「The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable.
