"Wonderful stay at Fansipan View hotel. We arrived early on the overnight bus from Hanoi and were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. They also have one shower on the main floor for guests to use. Linh, at front desk, was super helpful in providing recommendations on places to visit. The hotel room is as shown in photos. The daily breakfast includes a selection of local and western cuisine with different options provided daily. Easy access to local attractions by Grab/taxi or scooter. "

"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! "We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"
