“The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! Definitely one of my favorite part of the stay.”

“Room is clean. I arrived at 0700 and they gave me the room already. I like the flooring, not sure if it is real wood or synthetic but it is very clean. Wifi is strong and fast. The only setback is the water gets easily cold. But overall, I will recommend.”

“Sapa house is awesome. Especially, the manager, Joseph, has good attitude. He will help you to book everything you want like the local tour, the train or bus tickets and the price is fair. We had a good stayed ever in Sapa. Also, The room is clean and the location is good and quiet.”

“I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, which is a very cool and nice setting. However, during my stay, the weather in Sapa was……

“Amazing view from your room waking up to what you think is a giant mountain view poster plastered on your window. Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts. But otherwise, fantastic place to stay after a body beating day of trekking around Sapa”
