The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning. The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

Great location, clean, good price

The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. We needed to change hotels because the Splendid Premium was full on our last night. Our new hotel was close but walking with our suitcases wasn’t an option. Lily and her colleagues arranged to take us by motorbike to the new hotel and then they delivered our suitcases- above and beyond level of service! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!

If you want to stay in / close to the Old Quarter, this is a great option. We did the old quarter suite which is at the back of the hotel so slightly quieter. Very convenient and walkable to all areas.
