We stayed four nights.
Very friendly staffs.
Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff.
We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless.
Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

We had a great stay here. Beds extremely comfortable, rooms clean, AC worked, location excellent, quiet when we slept. Staff excellent. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay in November 2025 thanks to the fantastic managers that made sure that I enjoyed my stay in Hanoi. Shout out to Vivian and Henry, they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to make my trip memorable. When I go back to Hanoi, I will stay here without a doubt.

Great service, accommodations, views, everything. The one thing I'll say is that the venue does not have a ton of activities, so use it as a home base to explore the area, and quietly enjoy your evenings from their mountain top views

We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore.
