「I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.」

「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「Near to Stone church(city Central) at walkable distance. Rooms are good. Free delicious breakfast everyday.」

「The water of shower is too small, and do not have enough hot water.」

「Location is not far away downtown but quiet Breakfast is excellent 」

「The DelaSol Sapa Hotel has a lot going for it on the surface. It is located right in the center of Sapa town, which is incredibly convenient for exploring, and our room was clean. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. When we raised this issue with reception, we were completely brushed off and told that this was simply "the design of the hotel." If you...

「We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The team kindly upgraded us to mountain-facing rooms, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The reception team was always helpful, and they even packed food for our bus journey when we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay. An amazing hotel with warm hospitality and a team that really looks after its guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!」

「Friendly and helpful 」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. Staffs were...

「Able to leave luggage prior to check in」

「Staff are helpful」
