「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. 「Really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge. It's located right by the town square but felt as if we were still within the countryside surrounded by the trees and nature which allowed us to enjoy the best of both environments. 「Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options」
