“客室内はとても清潔で、浴室、トイレ、ベットや枕、備品なども完璧でした！何よりインテリアにモン族の織物などを使用しているおもてなしの心がとってもうれしいです。景色の良いお部屋なら、棚田を見ながらゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。ホテルの前は車が入れないので、重いキャリーケースを持って行く人は、到着前にホテルにメッセージをしてみてください。ホテルの方は皆さんとっても親切でした。上の通りまで階段を上がるのは少し大変ですが、立地はとてもいいです。本当におすすめのホテルなので、是非泊まってください。”

“Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too. No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet. No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.”

“The property is around 20-25 drive from the centre of sapa with minimal amenities close by. If you are staying as a group or couple and buy supplies before returning then i would reccomend this place. If however you want to enjoy evenings in sapa each day then you would clock up quite a high bill in taxis.
The property was clean and in a beautiful location. For the price though it is very good.”

“Une homestay très proche du chemin principal donc facilement accessible mais au calme (pas de coq, moto...).
Accueil et service au top, le propriétaire est très serviable, les plats servis sont très très généreux, et les prix bien accesible. Nous étions bien au calme et nous avons fait de belles rencontres. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Mes enfants avaient de la place pour jouer, ils ont adoré jouer avec les autres enfants. Pas de chauffage mais grosses couettes donc ça va et si on veut il y……

“Lovely hostel in a rural village. It's a.ahort walk up a steep road that is too narrow for cars, although motorbikes frequent it. This is a backpacker destination and we were the only ones there with children. The hosts are very helpful, and the people in the village are kind. Anywhere you go will involve walking steep paths, and if you choose to do any trekking, expect a challenge if you are not an experienced hiker. Also expect a lot of mud, so pack appropriately. “Don't let late night arrival at the bottom of a steep dark hill put you off. What a lovely place. The owners are nice and the family meal in the evenings is fantastic - one of my favourite dinners on our 4weeks in Vietnam! Very much recommend!”

"We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!"
