"Just arrived at the hotel—staff came out really quickly to pick up our luggage. The whole check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room has a balcony. Sitting outside, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery and watch the little train. The hotel is also well located. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very convenient to walk to Sapa Square. Overall, it’s definitely worth recommending."

"During my stay, I encountered an issue where the hair dryer in my room wasn't working properly. Just as I was feeling frustrated, two staff members, Quynh Anh Pika and MANH LEVI, immediately came to help. They were incredibly professional and patient, quickly troubleshooting and identifying the problem for me. Thanks to their warm and efficient assistance, I was able to dry my hair successfully without delaying my schedule. This kind of thoughtful and prompt service truly left a deep impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel!"
